very good introduction. Provides some history and exlores efforts by GE, Allied Signal and Polaroid in detail.
An easy to read introduction, not a reference book - for reference we recommend Implementing Six Sigma by
Breyfogle.

years. Some articles require more statistical knowledge and are not for all managers but many are excellent for
