2. Yahoo! Online - Cheap introductory rate. A good, cheap, choice for active users.
   
3. The List (ISPs) - If you will not need to connect from anywhere but your local area local ISPs can offer the best deals. The List site gives you an easy way to find local ISP's.
   
4. AT&T WorldNet - Decent choice though we would try others first.
   
5. AOL - Not recommended. For new online users it may be ok.
   
6. Earthlink - Used to be rated well for customer service. Appears to be coasting on its reputation. We find free services give better access than Earthlink and find customer support poor.
